Reservations are made on an individual basis and will be booked on a flexible rate, allowing cancellation up to 12:00 pm on the day prior to arrival. Please note that all bookings require valid card details at the time of reservation, with payment taken on arrival. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, as no rooms are being held for this rate. Please be aware that this is a dynamic rate and is subject to change based on availability. Should someone be staying for longer than 3 nights, they may benefit from our Stay Longer On Us offer, which would be offered depending on the requirements. Guests may enquire or book through their on-site reservations team by calling 0131 526 3210 (option 1) or by emailing reservations@courtyardedinburghwest.com. Kindly be aware that card details cannot be accepted within the body of an email and must instead be provided over the phone or via completion of a credit card authorisation form. The onsite reservations team can provide the CC authorisation form when providing the rate proposal. 

If you want to stay in the city centre there are regular buses to and from the centre.

The summer school dinner will be held at the Doric Tavern, one of Edinburgh’s oldest pubs.
